Payment
Your satisfaction is my highest priority.
If you are a new customer, I will edit a sample and offer a bid. If you are happy with my work and my bid, I will continue work. If the document is short, I will complete the job and expect payment when the invoice is sent out at the end of the month.
For longer documents, I will submit sections of a chapter or so at a time and require payment for the work completed before returning work on subsequent parts of the document before continuing.
